Advertising Terms
These are general terms and conditions for advertising placed on ©ROUND ROBIN DISTRIBUTION DESIGNS, LLC, its website, http://www.roundrobindistributiondesigns.com, or any of its Divisions or Branches websites or pages, including MoonEagle Security, MoonEagle Logistics, Love MoonEagle, AGM Heart Gallery, and Quality Exchange Consignments:
- ROUND ROBIN DISTRIBUTION DESIGNS, LLC (furthermore known as RRDD or R.R.D.D.) is not responsible for errors or omissions in any advertising materials provided by neither the advertiser nor its agency. The following are terms and conditions for advertising on any of RRDD’s web pages or sites.
- All advertisements are accepted and made available by RRDD upon the representation by the agency and advertiser that they are authorized to make available on RRDD the entire contents and subject matter thereof and that such advertisement will not violate any law or infringe upon any right of any party. In consideration of the placement of advertisements on RRDD and any linkage to the advertiser's site on the Web, the advertiser and agency will, jointly and severally, will hold RRDD harmless from and against any and all losses and expenses arising out of the appearance of such advertisements on RRDD, or on the advertiser's site on the Web as linked through RRDD, including, without limitation, those arising from claims or suits for defamation, copyright or trademark infringement, misappropriation, violation of the Lanham Act or rights of privacy or publicity or from any and all similar claims now known or hereafter devised. It is understood that the advertiser and agency are jointly and severally liable for payment of invoices for advertising made available on RRDD hereunder. In consideration of reviewing for acceptance, or acceptance of, any advertising for placement on RRDD, or any linkage to the advertiser's site on the Web, the agency and advertiser agree not to make promotional or merchandising reference to RRDD in any way except with the prior permission of RRDD in each instance. All advertisements and advertisers shall be verified legitimate and tasteful content. - RRDD shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to provide reference or access to all or any part of the advertising due to systems failures or other technological failures of RRDD or the Web.
- No conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on contracts, insertion orders or instructions which conflict with the provisions of this rate card will be binding on RRDD. Except as otherwise specifically agreed by RRDD and the advertised, all advertising positioning/placement clauses or conditions will be treated as requests only and cannot be guaranteed.
- Orders for advertising shall be non-cancelable after 10 business days prior to the first date on which it is scheduled to appear within RRDD and through the advertising period agreed to pursuant to the insertion order.
- Unless otherwise agreed by RRDD and advertiser, RRDD shall have the right to insert the advertising in various areas of RRDD from time to time in its discretion.
- Advertiser acknowledges that it is generally familiar with the nature of the Web and proposed uses thereof.
- RRDD reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising and/or linkage to an advertiser's site on the Web for any reason at any time, including without limitation as a result of linkages to other sites on the Web included in the advertiser's site.
- Unless otherwise specifically agreed by RRDD and the advertiser, no cash discounts, volume discounts or other discounted rates will be available.
- Invoices will be rendered on or about the first date on which the advertising is scheduled to appear on RRDD. Payments will be due upon receipt.
- Agency commission or equivalent will equal 15% of the gross advertising charges.

All basic URL Web links are charged the basic advertising fees for commercial advertising, retail, or resale links when notification of fees due is: Bid placement amounts are higher as the bidding climbs until the end of the bidding cycle or when I say bidding ends for that slot. If you are a wealthy advertiser and wish to secure your slot or placement within the Enhanced Logo (Landing Page or Specified Area) the negotiated fee begins with $25,000.00 per year per website:

- Enhanced URL Web Link (Landing Page or Specified Area) = $300.00/ Month
- Logo Link (Non-landing page) $100.00/ Month
- Text and/or Image Link (Non-landing page) $150.00/ Month
- Enhanced Logo (Landing Page or Specified Area) = $400.00/ Month
- Enhanced Text and/or Image (Landing Page or Specified Area) = $500.00/ Month
- Web Page with 2 extra link pages = $1,000.00/ Month
- Each Extra Web Page = $250.00/ Month
Premium ad spaces (front page text/ logo/ image ad) may qualify to include a smaller secondary ad placement on one or more pages for only $35.00 per month!

Notification of monthly advertising dues shall be made via the original email provided when submitting link inquiry only after mutual agreement of page placement, ad rates, and acknowledgement of these terms.
